Full membership of the African Voices Forum (AVF) is open to all African and African-Caribbean community Associations/ organisations based in the UK and internationally. Full member organisations have the right to attend, speak and vote at General Meetings and to nominate a representative to stand for election to the Board of Trustees or Management Committee. £25 membership registration fees and £15 annual subscription fees are paid respectively, by full members of AVF.

Associate membership is open to organisations and voluntary agencies working with African and African- Caribbean Communities in the UK and EU countries. Associate member organisations are only obliged to pay a registration fee of £25 (one of payment) and no annual subscription.

Supporting membership is open to organisations and voluntary agencies who are not directly working with African and African-Caribbean communities in the UK and internationally but share similar concerns of global justice and African alternatives. Supporting members are only obliged to pay a registration fee which varies according to their annual turn-over and no annual subscription.
